The case where the soul needed healing (Session held on 5th Jul 2021)
It was pretty soon after one of my talks about past life regression and how it supports our mental and health well-being, a woman in her fifties contacted me for a session.
Before we started the session, she mentioned she was very curious about her own past life after listening to my talk. She also brought up a minor problem she been trying to overcome; she wanted to present in public without feeling anxious and nauseous.
She was very suggestible and could get into a hypnotic state. We first regressed to her childhood to check if any significant scenes impacted her ability to speak and present in public, and nothing showed up that seemed to lead to that condition. So I decided to take her to a past life that may be a contributor to the cause.
TW: Where are you?
T: I am teaching my five disciples in a cave
TW: What are you teaching them?
T: The way of life, the philosophy of life
TW: How do they address you?
T: They call me Aba.
TW: Are they good disciples?
T: They are young and don't understand fully what I am teaching. What to do? Sigh... They don't just don't understand the importance of what I am teaching
TW: Let's go to the day last day of this life.
T: I am old. I am alone. (After a short pause) Oh, it is so bright! Oh no, they made a mistake. Oh no. What to do? Oh no (shaking her head in disbelief)
TW: What's around you?
T: It is very bright here. I am very bright and formless. Everyone around is like me.
T: The administrator. I am assigned to another planet, where I am not familiar with the language and colour. What am I to do? What can I do? It is a mistake. It is a mistake. (Sighing and shaking her head, the client was stressed about the decision of sending her to another planet)
TW: You know, the administrator don't make mistakes.
T: They don't?! Don't they make mistakes?
TW: No, they don't make mistakes. I can assure you, where they assign you is by intent and not a mistake.
T: OH? they don't make mistakes? So why are they sending me to planet earth?
TW: Why do you think?
T: I guess it is for me to share my wisdom and knowledge and learn to be resourceful.
TW: Does that make sense to you now?
T: Yes, completely. I've been assigned, and I just have to do my best. I guess I better make the best of it. What to do?
After I brought her out of her hypnosis, the client looked at me and realised that she was just in a different realm and that her soul came forth to speak to me. While her soul sounded dejected and resigned to the fate of being assigned to earth, my client was elated, knowing the cause of her inability to present was a misunderstanding on the part of her soul.
Since the session, she became a confident presenter and was happy representing her own business during business presentations.
The extent of what hypnosis could do when it comes to healing has not been fully explored. So often in my sessions, I learn again and again that we are truly more than what meets the eye.
